- Kneeling Elevated Leg Extensions: Kneel, hold a wall, and extend one leg forward. Hold for 2 seconds, then switch sides.
- Ball of the Foot Wall Taps: Stand and tap the wall with your toes pulled back to improve toe flexibility.
- Resistance Band Knee Raises & Extensions: Attach a band to your leg and a stable point. Practice slow knee lifts, leg extensions, and front snap kicks.
